CHI is pleased to announce the new
Travel Information Service!
Greetings,
We have launched a new system of collecting student flight information through the agents portal.
This new system will help agents and students ensure that CHI has the most accurate, up-to-date
information regarding flight arrangements.
With this service, you will be able to:
- Enter flight information directly into our database for every flight segment of the student's journey
to and from Canada;
- Change or delete any of the information you have entered;
- Have confidence that each time you make entries or changes using the system, an email will
automatically be sent to notify the CHI team, the host family and, if you have selected
the airport pickup service for your student, the airport driver.
Reminder Service
The system is also programmed to detect whether or not we are missing flight information for
registered students within two weeks of their expected arrival date. On June 1, we will activate
the reminder service which will automatically notify you by email of any missing flight information.
In order to use our new service, please:
1. Register for an Agents Portal account. Click here to Get Started.
2. Return to the website and click on Agents in the orange footer bar to enter the portal using your email address and chosen password.
3. Enter new flight information or update existing flight information for your students. You will find detailed
instructions on how to use the service in the Agents Portal.
Please remember that in order to use the service, your email address must
correspond to the email address we have for you on file in our database.
