But our job doesn't end with a successful match. Once a student is happily placed, we monitor their progress in our program so we can fix problems when they arise, promptly and efficiently.

We meet with students on their first day at school and are available in person every week thereafter; We invite each student to evaluate their homestay experience in writing, early enough so that we can review it and make any changes necessary before their departure.

If a student or host considers our match inappropriate, we arrange a different homestay, immediately, at no extra charge.
